Account Executive

Location: Vancouver, WA

Hawes Technologies provides some of the most comprehensive Database, Infrastructure Management and Network Security Services available. We develop software tools and solutions to enhance processes and create efficiencies that give us a competitive edge.

We are looking for a motivated ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to promote and selling our products and meet corporate and customer needs throughout the US. This position will be based out of our Vancouver, WA office.

Position would entail:

  • Responsible for prospecting new accounts
  • Represent the company at events and conferences.
  • Ability to understand and assist in writing responses to RFP’s.
  • Analyzes campaign results and adjusts them to generate best results, including ROI, lead and call management, product mix, and reaching target audience.
  • Obtaining new leads to establish account base, by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on exciting or potential sales outlets.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations, in-person and via webinars, by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of potential clients.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and new products.
  • Resolves client complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales by utilizing CRM Tools.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Ideal candidate would be service oriented, Meet Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, ability to learn product knowledge quickly, Presentation Skills, ability foster client relationships. 2-3 years positive sales experience, preferred. Comfort level with technology and selling software solution (Accounts Receiveable software).

We offer a competitive base salary, plus commissions (depending on experience). Position may require 40+ hours per week and some travel required.
